Managing all the travel arrangements of Magrabi retail in (Egypt, Turkey, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Jordon).
Working on HR annual plan in regards of the employee’s & C level travel budget.
Working on the company’s travel strategy & policy for the employees.
Events: Arranging for the company’s Major events with management & suppliers (Cairo, Dubai, and Istanbul).
Contracting:
1. Travelling to different countries where Magrabi has different branches in & arrange for corporate deals in regards of accommodation, trainings & events that fit the company’s budget.
2. Arrangements for corporate deals with travel agencies in Cairo, Dubai & Istanbul.
Travel arrangements:
1. Working with HR on the Recruitment arrangements concerning their travel orientation & trainings.
2. Arranging for the employees & C level management’s travel plans & logistics.
3. Communication with Travel agencies & service suppliers (hotels & visa agencies) to arrange for the business trips.
4. Working with Accountings team in regards of suppliers invoices & payments.
-Main core job is account management which includes:
Assisting customers in amending their account with Vodafone ensuring a standard level of excellent satisfaction and resolution.
Explaining all the billing and financial queries on the account.
Assisting with the technical queries on all ranges of handsets of different makes and models.
Ongoing side projects to enhance the customer service experience.
Ongoing side projects to assist fellow team members to achieve required targets maintaining the standard level of satisfaction and resolution for customers' queries.
Planning itineraries and products to meet with the agent/clients’ requirements within the allocated timeframe, budget and seasonalities
Pricing strategy and the expectations of the agent/clients
Sales situations and rooming lists & control of release periods.
Perform miscellaneous duties such as arranging conferences and meeting facilities.
Preparation of documents:-
A. Branch situation
B. Assignment of guide and issuing of service order
C. Issuing domestic air tickets / train tickets
D. Hotel reservations / vouchers / cruise embarkation cards/ Restaurant's reservation
E. Responding to daily queries for new bookings, suggested itineraries, requests for quotations & any information requests.
F. Implementing the programs and itineraries at the “A&K level of exemplary service”
G. Issuing invoices and following up on payment as per the contract terms
H. Conducting daily review and follow up of operating guest files with the branch offices and Traffic Department
I. Coordinating with Quality Control and Representatives to ensure that everything is running as planned for each operating guest file
J. Monitoring client feedback to establish if there is a need to re-evaluate suppliers
K. Establishing and maintaining excellent contacts with hotel key personnel.
