I am handling the work for Al Diwan Al Amiri Fleet in KAC company
typing English and Arabic & proof reads a variety of material, such as letters, memorandum, reports, telexes, statements, tabulations, etc. Includes typing stencils and masters, ensuring accuracy before forwarding to the supervisor for signature. Arranges dispatch and circulation of such items as necessary. Coordinates the preparation and dispatch of reports. Includes recording due dates, drafting and typing routine covering letters and memorandum, ensuring timely dispatch, as required
Establishes and maintains a personal files and a comprehensive filing system for correspondence and other material. Maintains files and records for the department's staff, ensuring adequate security measures are taken with regard to confidential papers and documents of significant importance, also Keeping and updating files.
Going through the daily mail dispatching and distributing outgoing and incoming mail receives incoming mail, sorts and registers receipt, stamps date, attaches references as necessary, and passes to the supervisor or section concerned. Prepares outgoing mail for dispatch, checks contents where necessary to insure acceptability and correctness and that the appropriate signature has been obtained
Carries out other similar or related duties such as preparing the monthly occurrence report for managerial staff, making travel arrangements, photocopying documents, maintaining adequate stationery stock by submitting stationery requisitions as required, and processing supplies invoices for payment, dealing with outside agencies to book and organize courses, exhibitions, meetings and operating a telex machine as required.
Answers the telephone, connects callers as necessary, takes and conveys messages, arranges for appointments and answers general queries, making arrangements for meeting and may attend to take minutes as directed, arranges for refreshments, and other services as required, provide information and answer queries.

Typing memos, faxes, letters and circular according to manager’s advice.
Arranges business trips, hotel reservation etc. for the management.
Prepares letter for telecommunication ministry for new telephone lines, pager, as well as mobile telephone.
Checks with Insurance Company regarding employee’s injury during working hours. If there is any injury report then forward that report within three months to insurance co. for claim.
