Carry out all procurement stages, issue tender, evaluate proposals, analyze and recommend.
Prepare FIDIC based contract for Client review, and manage contract changes.
Review final contract documents and finalize the project program
Organize weekly site inspection and prepare weekly site report and program update.
Attend weekly Client meetings, submit and prepare MOM
Monitor and Control projects to stay within Scope, Time and Budget.
Project closing with all associated tasks
Draft and revise project contracts, and advice to top Management on the contractual matters as per standard contract form, FIDIC.
Planning a scheduling of the project and all activities, via MS projects and reviewing proposed works Schedules.
Attending Client and Consultant weekly site progress meeting to coordinated aspects of the project and report on site progress.
Regular site inspection, to maintain the quality of works to company standard and client satisfaction, and verify the works are progressing as per the schedule of works.
Site handover as per approved design drawings and standards. Quality of finishes and On-time handovers is always the target.
Tendering and all tasks required for tender submission, analyzing project specifications and documents, preparing bills of quantities, contacting suppliers and negotiating prices, interpreting contract documents preparing the FF&E forms for all items technical specifications.
Prepare and review project proposals and quotations according to client and / or design
Planning and following up on projects progress and reporting to management
Managing and trouble shooting of day to day project operations to handover.
Preparing company forms and setting a work system for the company team.
Quality control on sites with minor contractual works being performed by sub contractors on behalf of the company.
Director of the sales and marketing team, technical support, close follow-ups and coordination of all activities in the department.
Presentations of CS products to consultants according projects and requirements.
Preparation of technical and financial proposals to contractors upon their request
Coordination of all potential projects and follow-ups until finalizing all terms to the award of the contract stage.
Revise, negotiate and finalize terms of the contract with the client.
Form, monitor and develop a documentation system to ease follow-up while keeping the different confidentiality level of information.
Monitor the execution of work and assuring the progress is according to that in the time schedule agreed upon with client.
Report to management the progress of all activities in all departments, and assist in trouble shooting.
Preparation and management of all company’s contracts to enhance terms of payment and control contract liabilities
Drafting of contractual correspondence with third parties
Preparation of monthly management reports to the GM including total value of works at hand and balance of work completion.
Preparation of marketing reports of potential projects, tenders submitted, analyze and calculate the hit rate of the company.
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of a complete project documentation management plan.
Modify, monitor and develop a documentation system to ease follow-up on project status by top management, and ease employee follow-up on different tasks at all stages of the project.
Establish projects' contract master schedules with details of responsibilities budgeted man-hours and percentage completion.
Recognition of varied works and preparation of variation orders.
Propose recovery plans when required
Ensure and develop proper projects' documentation
Schedule visits to all e.contruct's offices to monitor performance on the project system and its development.
Coordinating technical side of the projects at hand with the design department and the purchasing department.
Organizing all technical works required for any tender from analyzing documents, specifications of the project, preparing bills of quantities, interpreting contract documents to providing best quality samples with catalogues for their technical specifications.
Collecting data required for the full execution of projects, analyzing it for quantity surveying and items’ specifications, and then distributing all analyzed data to all departments accordingly.
Using primavera for time scheduling, cash flowcharts, work flowcharts and scheduling material supply to project sites.
Seeking and creating a local and international supplier’s list to ease the searching for high quality items’ required for different projects.
Cost estimation after studying the market for each item and determining the most accurate prices within the market through different quotation requests and various studies and analysis.
Preparing quotations for clients with the most accurate and reasonable prices according to the market status and to management instructions.
Building a data and a samples bank consisting all data and samples of all local and international suppliers, including all technical and financial information of all items supplied in previous, at hand, and to come projects.
Financial comparison of all items required, price negotiation and setting terms of payment, then awarding contracts to suppliers and/or subcontractors.
Building stock inventories for all items in stock and coordinating the entrances of containers and project site or warehouse.
Showroom Management, for all residential furniture items from Baker, Lexington, Henredon, Theodore Alexander, Ralph Lauren, Armani Casa, Alfonso Marina and many others. Coordinating all individual sales along with project sales, with stock follow up.
Preparing full technical submittals, steps for manufacturing, quality controlling procedures and material submittals according to required specifications of tenders and requests of clients.
Quantity surveying and cost analysis of required pipes and fittings before the layout of preliminary pricing for the commercial offers.
Setting preliminary commercial offers for pipes and their related fittings and specials according to pipes’ standard specifications of the received quotations and tenders.
Detailed drawings and design of pipelines required for quantity surveying, contract layout and time scheduling.
Detailed drawings for designed pipes, fittings and specials for the project’s engineer’s approval and manufacturing requirements.
Monitoring current production of pipes and fittings for contracts at hand, supporting troubleshooting at any manufacturing stage.
Updating and following up with clients for any change or/and additional requests to the contract.
