Update information on Insurance Authority website related to the company, employees & licenses. • Submitting & Filing the VAT RETURN and meet FTA compliance obligations. • Manage the development and the delivery of the administrative function, including records, reception and the administration team to provide effective and efficient services. • Responsible of day-to day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff. • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. • Processing Job offer, benefit sheet, job agreement of employees • Procuring a Work Visa for new employees and arrange to complete the formalities of medical testing, Labor card, and stamping the work residency permit on the passport. • Providing communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment and approving invoices. • Follow up on renewal of AMC & rental contracts when expired
• Checking all banks accounts from the Online Banking services to follow up the Incoming & Outgoing transactions and preparing the daily treasury report and cash status.
• Performing managerial accounting reports for the management.
• Performing financial statements for the company.
• Stock control reports, reviewing and consolidating contribution reports.
• Performing costing, production as well as actual versus budget reports.
• Assisting the management in setting business plans.
• Follow up payment schedule of suppliers vs. availability of funds.
• Processing Foreign Exchange F/X operations (EURO, JOD, SAR, AED) starting with calling banks and dealers and till to preparing letters of Exchange amounts and transfers to the banks.
• Preparing all Transfers and Withdrawal instructions addressed to the banks, such as transfer amounts between banks, transfers to suppliers, freight forwarders, and intercompany transfers instructions.
• Follow up and registering Creditor Interest given by banks on the saving accounts.
• Follow up Loans accounts to be settled on maturity date and registering debtor interest taken by banks.
• Handling communications with the banks to refund Extra charges.
• Controlling the Calculation and registration charges taken by Banks such as Acceptance charges, L/C’s charges, Charges on accounts every month…
• Follow up collections from customers and entry voucher on the accounting system.
• Registering & Auditing Supplier Invoices, purchase orders, sales invoices and entry vouchers.
• Preparing End of Month transactions such as bills phone, Electricity invoices, NSSF expenses....
• Auditing, Preparing and registering entries related to Employees’ salaries.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations for banks & suppliers’ accounts .
