Team Management
•Organize Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance: sales achievements, marketing activities, training and regularly provide minutes of meetings to the Department/Division Manager
•Ensure delivering the best level of customer service through frequent visits to the shops
•Monitor the coverage of retail shops and approve leaves, processes all e-forms and HR documents

Strategy
•Assist in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and budget preparation

General Operations

Main Management
•Can be involved in the recruitment process of Shop Staff and Sales Executives within his/her domain

•Responsible for coaching and training own team members, and formalise and follow up on each team member’s Individual Development Plan, in coordination with the employee and HR

Responsible for deploying high quality brand visual merchandising through routine implementing brand directives and concepts created by the regional VMs and Head of operation
Coordinate visual merchandising to ensure the coherence of the stores displays with the Group VM strategy and implementation of VM policies inside the stores.
Control permanently the quality of the stores displays (general appearance and props quality).
Make sure in store props and tools are perfect and checked at all times.
Execute stock rotation on regular basis to maximize the sale and stock management in accordance with stores VM Ambassador and the retail teams and Group VM.
Reinforce the visibility of collections by rotating display in each store and choosing with store managers, local retail team and Group VM what to display.
Issue to retail team and Group VM a visit report with pictures and comments following each
Control the quality of the production under the guidelines set by the brand
Ensure budget for windows production is respected and alert if not possible.
Make sure all stores visual implementation is properly set up by each VM Ambassador
Organise procurement of sources and production and installation schedule with: Country Representatives, Retail Operators.
Manage the VM Ambassadors in each store and lactation
