Repair & Maintenance of all Production Equipment like: -Moulding-HC-8A, Scoring-HC-16, Lining-Hc-17, printing (Rotary ’Tempo’, Desco (Decorating Equipment System) inside & outside Printing Machine) Regrinding Machine etc
Repair & Maintenance of all auxiliary equipment like: -Mokon heat control unit, Co-nair automatic raw material filling system, Extruders of moulder & liner machine, Insight control system Micro camera operation, Stretch wrapper a plastic wrapping unit, etc.
All Utilities equipment like Cummins diesel generator sets: - 750 kva, 380 kva, & 200kva, Air Compressor (Chicago pneumatics, Ingersoll-rand), Chillers (blue star & Carriers), AHU’S sets different types of pumps, Fire Pump house system, Dock leveller, Scissor lift, and Heat exchanger unit High-speed diesel pump.
Operation & Maintenance of High Speed Laminated Tube Manufacturing machines (LTM, TET), High Speed Laminated roll printing machine, Rollers, Loaders, Vibrator. Responsible for shift target and quality of the shift products, Train new employees for operation and maintenance of M/Cs, 5s, kanban and Updating DM Board etc.
Initiate plan to achieve the shift target, Handle Shift man power, Check product Quality and resolve operational problems of tubing M/Cs, prepare shift report and report shift findings to Department head. Train employee about operation of EOT Crane, Tubing-Slitting M/Cs etc.
# Supervise all shift operations in warehouse.e.g.-Putaway,Scanning,Shifting, pre-staging etc Ensuring the work is carried out as per SOPs and pre approved Systems (Physical and ERP work). Ensure system stock and physical stock matches at all times. Ensure complete scanning of all shift production to maintain accuracy of inventory system. Maintain availability of consumables items in warehouse & Shipping e.g. wooden planks, nail, thermocole, metal seal, steel strip, dunnage, Crates etc. Make time to time shifting plan for proper usage of available fixed & dynamic locations. Coordinate with Cold End Engineer regarding preparation of storage spaces in accordance with production schedule. Manpower assignment and distribution according to requirement. Receiving, counterchecking & maintaining proper storage of all inventory of empty wooden crates which is being used in packaging. Coordinate with maintenance team for tools, forklift & crane maintenance. Provide a full turnover to both incoming and outgoing shift relievers. Monthly physical stock Verification and correction of discrepancies. Maintain proper housekeeping. SHIPPING: Ensuring the trailers & containers condition for loading. Distribution of manpower in shipping as per loading type. Loading of different types of loads in containers and trailers e.g. normal and jumbo. Preparation of delivery note, Invoice, packing list, gate pass for different loadings of domestic, export by road as well as export by sea. Ensure manpower in the shift co-coordinating with transporter and sells team. Reporting daily and monthly status of shipment to department head. As summary, fully responsible for all shift activities in warehouse & shipping from receiving of FG to dispatch of FG. Working as FILL-IN warehouse & Logistics Executive in absence of Executive
