 Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
 Carefully reviewing time submissions and alerting department heads to inconsistencies or discrepancies in time reporting
 Maintaining copy (s), scanning and storing documents & creating templates
 Manage requests for documentation.
 Maintaining log related to the different activities such as: Letter correspondence, Permit, All Drawings & documents Submittals (Preliminary, Inspection, Shop drawings, IFC drawings, Detail Design drawings & As-Built drawings) & etc.
 prepare correspondences, and memorandum, sending emails including assessing its priority, collating it with relevant background information, and presenting it in a logical and orderly manner, then allocate, where necessary.
 Ensures the accurate and timely production reports and papers generated by the Project Manager and other top management. This will of course involve drafting papers.
 In-charge of Document Control Procedure including projects Technical and Commercial documents such as limited to - BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Contracts, etc.
 Maintaining files and issuing Excellent correspondence(s).
 Compiles, maintains and controls records, ensuring confidentiality, ensuring the accuracy of documentation and updated logging on the system for easy retrieval (Manual or Electronic)
 Posting all types of incoming and outgoing documents; informing and allocating concern departments.
 Make sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate and concerned person(s).
 Preparing the following reports such as Petty Cash, Daily Report, Weekly Monitoring Program, Site Status, etc. required by the Top Management and submitting on time.
