• Ensure the project to meet the specifications and requirements within the given datelines.
• Maintain communication with clients, contractors and suppliers on construction plan, execution and issues.
• Coordinate the project team and contractors to work with cohesively which consist engineering, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Plan, review and approve construction or site instruction, materials procurement and budget.
Projects
• INTEL Pelican Tool Install (2023 - Current) - Installation of service line to the tools that is located mainly in the fabrication areas. The construction must adhere to the cleanroom requirements. The process lines would include Mechanical, RODI, UPW, Chemical and Drains.
• Develop Project Quality Management Plan and execute Quality Management System
• Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers on quality issue and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure handover of finished works meet all specifications and specified quality requirement.
• Monitor quality of works, inspections, inspection & test plan, etc. in compliance with the Quality Management Standard
• Generate relevant Quality documents related to specific project requirements. E.g. ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Inspection Checklist, SOR (Site observation report), WPS, and other required Quality related documentation.
• Manage organization in preparing and auditing documents related to ISO standards.
• Conduct and follow-up site testing and commissioning which includes Material Inspection, Mock-up, Pressure Test, Instrument & Electrical Testing, and various installation inspections.
Projects
• Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) System at GSP 5 (2017 -2019), PTT public Company Limited, Rayong, Thailand - Provide Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of waste treatment consist of Scrubber system to paired with client's RTO system.
• Longi Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (2022 - 2023), Kuching, Sarawak. - Provide EPCC for WWTP system.
• Micron WWTP (2020 - 2023), Batu Kawan, Penang - Provide EPCC for their WWTP Plant.
• Jinjing Boiler and Wastewater System (2020 - 2023), Jinjing, Kulim, Kedah - Provide EPCC For Boiler and Flue Gas Treatment System for their Glass Burner Production line
• INTEL Projects (PG8, Falcon Pro, KM2, KM5), various locations in Kulim and Penang - Ensure project deliverables meet INTEL standards under the areas HVAC, FMCS, RODI, Mechanical Piping, ROTEC.
• Other notable projects - Package A1- Olefins Plant, Cenviro IETS and RODI System. Provide pressure vessels, tanks and pipings to various projects.
• Main responsibilities is to design the required products based on customer requirements while adhering to the standards set and also ensure that the design are fabrication feasible.
• Managed feasibility studies and produce calculation reports to ensure that the products are proven safe and are able to operate as required.
• Other responsibilities are to address customers requirement and provide solutions for their needs as well as liaising with the production to ensure ease of process or to repair from products that are already finished or in operation.
• Monitoring projects progress and regularly update with the production/QA-QC personnel to ensure the products meets requirement.
• Main products are based on FRP and composites which includes tanks, scrubbers, stacks, GAC filters, etc. Certain products involved metals such as pressure tanks or reinforcements.

Participate in the design, administration and monitoring of research. Analyse and evaluate clinical data gathered during research. Ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objectives.

• To monitor and ensure the project is planned, performed and documented according to the requirements stated in the project contracts.
