Key Responsibilities:
Report to Manager and handle 1 subordinate.
Provide MIS & Back Office operations support for the Finance.
Incentive Calculation of ALs/AMs/BH.
Synchronize with HR to release and hand over offer letters to the Agency channel staff.

Prepare weekly and monthly Merit List of Advisors, Manager Distributions, and Assistant Business Managers KPI reports.
Set up the My Time Credit Report and upload the data dumps in AIM.
Resolve queries concerning My Time Credit and AIM Systems.
Generate New Business and Completion Reports on a Daily Basis.
Arrange for Advisor Activisation and Productivity Reports on a Daily Basis.
Generate Advisor Recruitment Report on every day.
Deliver daily as well as monthly MIS reports to all regions and distributors.
Exercise efficiency in Elixir, Ack System, My Time Credit, and Agency & Alliances Information Systems.
