•Business case proposal to board for Central Warehouse set-up based on a hub and spoke concept with a capacity of 0.1 million locations from Multitier shelving, Heavy-duty, and shuttle pallet racking to improve storage density.
•Slashing down demurrage/port storage by 58% YoY since 2018.
•Leading the execution of programs from start to finish, driving collaboration, and leveraging the right internal processes.
•Successfully developing and coxswaining project "SMILE" to optimize and enhance safety, manpower, inventory, logistics, and environment, resulted in cost and process optimization.
•Doubling logistics TAT by converting idle time, from 19 to 38 trips per month per truck.

After Sales Parts India Operations
•Held accountable for $17 Mil OPEX with 67 team players. Exported aftermarket parts to over 18 destinations.
•Handled SLA/KPI for WH Operations 3PL services for Over 450+ floor employees across central and regional WH.
•Managed aftermarket Parts order and inventory with over 10, 000 active parts and 28, 000 slow-moving parts, with a 96% fill rate. Carried out the part distribution to over 166 Nissan & 106 Renault dealers across India, with a minimum of same-day delivery to N+6 day to northeast dealers.
•Developed two regional parts distribution Centres in 2 years, to reach closer to Nissan, Renault & Datsun dealer resulting in supply Lead-time and inventory level reduction.
•Steered project to optimize 15, 000 Sqmt, manpower by 130, inventory reduction by 0.5%.
Overseas Assignments in Japan, Germany, Brazil, France and Hongkong
•Project leader to establish parts and CKD export consolidation center in India, from start of project to supply, by defining the project structure, scope, time line and business case
•Acquired project approval from Asia-Truck Executive Committee, Asia -Production Executive committee, & Product Executive Committee Board-Germany.
•Ensured the on-time SOP for Parts and CKD Exports from Daimler Indian to 8 destinations.
Overseas Assignments in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia
•Successfully preserved 8 to 10 Days inventory for Import parts with levelling (Heijunka) order plan.
•Planned order/Inventory for 11, 000 parts, 58 CKD set for 5 models from 8 destinations.
•Established rundown system to control stock and part status to indicate minimum stock, JIT, Cost, and alarm for shortage and overflow (Excel Based ERP).
•Instrumentally directed the project of introducing the global logistics control by implementing mix order, mix packing, mix vanning concept at Toyota Thailand and applied the same in Toyota India.
