* Development of Menu of Services and Membership programs;
* Responsible in performing the purchasing, inventory, monthly consumption and monthly statistics;
* Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training Spa staff;
* Responsible for daily attendance sheet, monthly schedule and annual leave plan;
* Responsible for development plans and training enrolment.
