Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; such as journalize the transaction, make trial balance and post to corresponding accounts. Submit reports such as; Profit and Loss statement, balance sheet, AR aging, sales, collection, rejections resubmission, and reconciliation of accounts. Maintain accounting records and controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Coordinates, liaises and networks between insurance companies, cross verification & eligibility checking of e-claims before submission to insurance co. during batch submission on monthly basis. Responsible for verifying the accuracy of data as well as proof read entering to make it free from error.
Administers, directs, and coordinates all activities related to payable, summary adjustments, reading fees, with holding tax and value added tax in a manner that will ensure effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the departments's goals and objectives. / Lead the inventory, record new stock as it comes in and store shelves as needed. creates schedules, monitoring of movements and stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
