Look after the policy management of large corporate client from the enrolment to their
renewal on the internal system.
- Respond to client and broker queries and requests through email and phone within our 24
hour service level agreements (SLA)
- Manage the implementation of new business and the renewal process.
- Working closely with Client Relationship Managers and Sales Managers to resolve any
issues relating to the clients.
- Preparing weekly reports for Client Services Team to be presented to management.
- Provide support to clients at their offices when required.
- Provide support to German, UK and Dubai markets when needed.
Translate all official and legal documents in Arabic, English and German Languages.
- Respond to client’s inquiries and follow-ups within 24 hours.
- Meet with clients to provide guidance on suitable procedures according to their case.
- Collect supporting documents prior to scheduling consultation appointments.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using
word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Accurately maintained records in line with company procedures to ensure consisting
reporting to management.
Provide support to exam team to ensure security and integrity of exams processes.
- Follow pre-exam procedures and complete the handover forms according to the rules and
regulations set by each examining body.
- Supervise and support students during exams
Responding to Telephone and Walk -In Guest Inquiries.
- Handling clients hotels and airline tickets bookings.
- Gathering of Marketing and Promotions material for Holiday Packages.
- Developing and conducting Guest Survey.
