Supervise the work of the Field HR Officer / HR Assistants and follow up
on HR related tasks for the organization.
* Prepare the monthly payroll salaries for all national staff and submit it
to Finance department within the deadline.
* Responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources
functions at IMC Jordan Mission.
* Respond and answer to any inquiries or request by IMC Head Quarters
and provide them with any needed report or analysis.
* Assist line managers to understand and implement policies and
procedures and ease up their implementation, in addition responding to
policies inquiries and communicate changes as needed.
* Monitor and prepare and maintain employment contracts, consultancy
and service agreements to local staff and service providers in line with
the local laws and regulations, follow up on new hire needed documents
for employees and facilitate a smooth administrative process, also
prepare annual appraisals and employee separation papers upon staff
end of employment or resignation.
* Advertise vacancies and filter the applications considering the
standards of qualified staff, also conduct the interviews of the staff with
all needed arrangements, in addition to check and scan the new hired
employee’s references and in watch list for any criminal records.
* Conduct orientations regarding time sheets submissions and online
trainings; in addition to review the scanning of all employees’
timesheets and leave requests on monthly basis done by the HR
assistant along with finalizing the leave balance for each employee and
report any attendance problems to each department head.
Prepare official letters to Ministry Of Social Development, Ministry Of Interior, Police Station
and any other governmental and non-governmental institutions.
Responsible for preparing PRs related to any inquired materials to the office and guest houses
in addition to contacting suppliers and buying the materials, checking after goods are
received and sending the bills to the finance department.
Support the receptionist in filling all required applications and preparing the letters, get them
signed from the authorized signatories and legalizations.
Arranging with expats for police station appointment or blood test appointment in
coordination with the transportation department and Admin colleagues.
In Absence of Supervisor, follow up and support on all admin issues is required.
