Job Responsibilities:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.

Job Duties:

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Builds applicant sources by researching internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,  experience and aptitudes
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
• Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Supplementary administrative support to reception work, answering incoming calls, taking messages, distributing faxes
and emails.
Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the Company Management system on Quality and HSE related
issues, including achieving HSE targets.
