• Prepares, in liaison with the concierge department a comprehensive itinerary for in-house guest for the duration of their stay as per the specification and preferences of the respective guest
• Taking private dining orders from the guest, setting up dining table and serving the food and beverage as per the standard operating procedures

• Reports any villa maintenance requirement as per the standard procedures
• Inspect and sets up the arrival and occupied villa after they have checked by the housekeeping manager as per the guest preferences in accordance with the set standard
• Take a complete ownership for all the activities occurring during the guest’s stay
• Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by senior management
