Co-ordinate with Sales team directly and pro-actively project the North America prospect / existing customer requirements.
•Identify customer needs and requirements through RFI, RFP, RFT, RFQ, EOI proposals and pitch pro-actively against client request.
•Validate the proposals with various stake-holders.
•Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Account Manager, EUC, Tools, Automation, Security and Application team to pursue sales cycles.
•Attend customer calls, create probing questions as per various stake holders’ suggestions.
•Solution design for AWS (Amazon Web services), OS (HP Unix, Red Hat migrations as well as other Unix flavors), Database, Network, storage, backup, high availability, Disaster Recovery as well as private cloud with suitable Tier II, III &IV Data Centre.
•Finalise relevant Bill of Material (BOM) from various vendors as per proposal requirement.
•Review and approve solution document for proposal with project plans, effort estimation, technical briefs and conclude cost effective pricing models with the right solutions.
•Highlight technical risk/ issues and suggest mitigation options.
•Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, solution highlights, case studies and proof of concept.
•Contribute client solution review, commercial negotiation, delivery assurance, hand-over to Delivery as well as co-ordination for client visit.
