Responsibilities
•The Embassy Complex (EC), in Baghdad, Iraq and will be associated with the Program Management Office (PMO).
•Reports to the Site Access Supervisor and PMO (Programming Management Officer).
•Responsible for the Baghdad Embassy Complex Task Order and Iraq required access for employee Badging, Vetting, Security certificates, visas, and LOA’s.
•POC for and subject matter expert on obtaining all required travel and entry/exit visas including the processes for renewals.
•POC for and subject matter expert on obtaining all required vetting including the processes for renewals.
•Report Operational Security (OPSEC) violations immediately to the Site Access Supervisor.
•Act as the principle POC with the vetting department and with all badging issues.
•Responsible for notifying the Site Access Supervisor regarding evaluated threat level notifications, security violations or breaches in security on the Task Order site.
•Responsible for give written and oral reports or presentations to employees and site management - Participates in weekly travel briefings and helps prepare travelers for their safety during their upcoming trips.
•Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
