24*7 availability of critical systems & improved the uptime for all the systems through better application monitoring and faster call resolutions. Improved up time of ATMs / CDMs from 90% to 99% increasing customer satisfaction
•Upgrade of Anti Money Laundering (AML) Solution
•Implementation of E-Date application for submission of asset related data to Central Bank
•Implementation of IT Security standards as per ISO 27001

•Organised DR drills and ensured addition of systems to DR plan and regular updation of DR document

Responsible for the core banking application (Finacle from Infosys Technologies Ltd) for the largest private Bank. Preparing & executing plans for software testing and evaluation and supervising implementation, upgrades, migrations & operational continuity. Meeting aspirations of the business teams in the Bank and ensuring timely, cost effective and qualitative delivery of all projects. Handling business process improvements and implementing new features of the software.

Managed core banking for the largest private bank in India
ONS (Online Services) implementation in 2005 enabling Finacle menu options in a new HTML user interface
Finacle 7.0 (Major migration) rollout in 2004 enabling new enhancements in Loans, term Deposits, Trade finance, Interest run, PDC, SWEEP, POOL etc. ICICI Bank was the first Bank to move to this version
WEB Finacle implementation in 2004 moving more than 6000 users from character mode to WEB mode
Finacle 6.2 (Major migration) rollout in 2003 enabling new enhancements in retail and corporate
Implementation of CSIS (Central Stand-in Server) enabling 24x7 functionality for Channels and Branches. Also implemented FAB (Finacle@Branch) providing Teller options to branches under 27x7 mode
Finacle 6.0 (Major migration) rollout in 2001 enabling several new features
Enabled effective user support for over 6000 users across LAN & WAN networks
