In Post-award stage:
• Setting up the technical team for the delivery of construction documents as per design, specs & BOQ
• Planning & scheduling the delivery of design/ construction documents in line with the projects timeline and contract

Reporting directly to the Director of EPC works and being involved in the already tendered designs,
- I review/ supervise the review of all tender documents prior to construction to ensure coordination between all trades
- I discuss Value engineering ideas with cost consultants and construction PMs and communicate the same with client and design consultants
- I attend to client's, contractors' and consultants' communication
- I attend and assist construction PMs to clear contractors' claims
- I plan and distribute the work of the architectural team in light of project's progress and priorities
- I review all architectural team's output to ensure compliance with design, budget and coordination between the different trades
- I monitor the documentation of final design and/or tender documents
- I attend meetings with contractors, client and consultants to solve any shortcomings, VE, follow-up on some design and construction-related issues
- I conduct regular site visits to ensure the compliance with the design and approved shop drawings
- I review all finishing materials submitted by the contractors and where needed seek alternatives and related approvals from designers and clients

Managed the design program & did the preliminary designs
- Managed Architectural Department's in-house workload
- Managed & reviewed outsourced Consultants' design submittals
- Provided technical support to construction team in all five Fields (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Westbank and Gaza)
