 Responsible for complete backup and restoral of organizational systems to the most recent information.
 Responsible for network documentation and weekly reports.
 Regularly provide either on-site or remote support to end users.
 Troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues, preparing the documentation for potential issues keep track.
 Scheduling batch files in order to run HTTP & SMPP applications, Oracle DB Data pump backups and SQL DB Jobs.
