Responsibilities: • Company and product registration: The job involves registration of Tyco as a vendor and also its products in various companies in Qatar that are involved in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Liasioning with clients and maintaining the goodwill and relations with clients: To maintain good relations with major Oil and Gas companies in the region by having good communication and relations with them.
• Pre order and post order coordination: To take care and coordinate with Tyco Middle East office at Dubai and various other branches and factories of Tyco for the pre order and post purchase order activities.
• Payment follow ups and outstanding receivable tracking: To make sure that the invoicing for each purchase order supply is on time and the payment is received. There may be reasons for the delay of payments but these needs to be sorted out as early as possible with the client and payment should be received.
• Managing the administration activities of Tyco Qatar: Since Tyco Qatar itself is averaging a business of more than 10Million USD per year, it becomes very essential to take care of the administration activities of the office.

Responsibilities
Generating Enquiry

Order Placement
• Order placement to the vendor: Placing the order to the vendor based on the terms of the order as received from the vendor.
• Order acknowledgement: Getting acknowledgement of the order from the vendor and sending the same to the customer.


Order Tracking and Execution
• Tracking the progress of the order so that the delivery date of the order is achieved on time.

Final Delivery and Invoicing
• 1.Coordinating with logistics department in the Delivery of material and sending the invoices to the customer with the material delivery

Payment to the Vendor
• Coordinating with accounts in paying the customer after the final delivery according to the purchase order terms.
