Role: • Steering entire IT Operations Support through IT Infrastructure management, System Administration and Networking functions.
• Formulating plans for design and deployment of business applications, hardware and software procurement and service agreements; liaising with partners, vendors and ISP's for SLA's and contract agreements.
• Managing all the technology related requirements, including technical feasibility study, budget, selection, procurement, up-gradation / migration of hardware, software, database and applications.
• Configuring & managing Cisco firewalls, VPN's and Routers of group companies to establish connectivity with Head Quarters NOC Centre; assigning user rights to ERP support team per request.
• Install and configure of ESXi4.1/ESXi5.0, Virtual Center, DRS, HA, vSwitch and VM install and maintenance.
• Expanding IT Infrastructure to branches, sites and warehouses for better productivity and security controls; liaising with partners, vendors and ISP's for SLA's and contract agreements.
• Acting as primary contact person for: o Issues related to Technical Problem Management.
o Domains registration, records maintenance, E-Mail and Website Administration.
• Monitoring and maintaining SQL, Terminal, ERP, DNS, DC, DHCP and other servers.
• Overseeing Cyberoam CR50i UTM box configuration and maintenance; configured as load balancing with two ISP's, content filtering, SPAM filtering, SSL VPN and DHCP server.
• Responsible for administration of Microsoft Volume Licensing Centre; knowledge on Licensing concepts & usage.
