Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements and
international meetings. (cars, private jets, yachts, accommodations)
➢ Planning and scheduling projects/ company-personal events/ conferences
and ensuring timely completion.
➢ Contact point between the Chairman and Board Members, and
internal/external clients/colleagues to ensure efficiency at all times
➢ Providing outsourced accounting company with monthly cashflow report
for VAT filling and Audit report
➢ Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
➢ Maintaining office staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees
➢ Liaising with facility management vendors and security services
Directly assisting the GM and CEO in their local/international commercial
work
➢ Maintain internal discipline of the office of the Group Head by properly
organizing inflow and outflow of papers, meetings, appointments,
discussions, advising on priority work, etc. to enable to achieve better
results.
➢ Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, incl. training and induction
➢ Issuing reports for senior management and delivering presentations
➢ Managing all government related applications and activities incl. Trade
Licenses, Employment Visas and Labor Cards
➢ Recording office expenditure and managing budgets
➢ Delivering weekly finance reports to Regional Finance Controller
➢ Updating and maintaining employee payroll record
