Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Perform cause & effect analysis in support or defence of major claims for EoT and prolongation costs
2. Claims substantiation for disruption and Idle time; Play key role in claim discussions, provide reinforcement to core team with key inputs
3. Ability to simplify the issues in dispute and produce intelligible analysis
4. Advice on viability of contractor’s claims for loss and expense and extension of time awards
5. Contractual & contract administration advice
6. Specialist knowledge of forensic delay analysis techniques- Window, Time impact analysis
7. Ability to analysis the updated performance charts to make informed/reasoned conclusions and use such information in responding to the contractor’s notification and/or other claims/EoT.
8. Master programme development and analysis
9. Training to other planners; guidance to site team on the various planning tools / contractual matters
10. Review constructability to identify potential risks in respect of time at tendering stage
11. Programming professional over 15 years experience primarily in the infrastructure sector
12. Develop a system for statutising the project during the execution
13. Developing the various formats for other project management reports.
14. Participate in the progress or other key coordination meeting to present/analysis the Contractor’s progress, identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest / provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays.
15. Reviewing and adopting a practical methodology for the execution of scope of works before finalizing the sequence of works in the program, verify compatibility of assigned resources for timely completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
1 Preparation of Master/Tender/detailed work program in P3 (Primavera) as per conditions of Clause 14 of FIDIC
2 Based upon Clause 14 program critical analysis for finding out delays and Extension of Time Application, Delay Notice
3 Updating weekly/monthly Reports, Generation of various management supporting reports as resource requirements / scheduling / acceleration measures, new cost effective strategies
4 Cost analysis through P3 & P6, Cash flow
5 Strong analytical/logical power for claims and under standing contract provision
6 Preparation of Tender estimate, BOQ of new projects, rate analysis, escalation calculation

1 Preparation of cost estimate, tender program, Clause 14.1, and monitoring, Method statement preparation and other project document submission of project ‘Deep Excavation 15.7mtr DWTC phase 1’.
2 Preparation of cost estimated and Tender program for Chilled water pipe network DIP phase 4 & 5 (Contract Value 160m AED, Duration 502 Days)
3 Preparation of Cost estimate and Tender program for Jumeriah Golf Course phase A-Infrastructure (contract value 450 m AED, Duration 480 Days)
4 Preparation of Tender Program for Jumeriah Golf Course
5 Preparation of impacted program for the application of ‘Extension of Time’ and Claims for the project ‘DIP-Chilled water plant Phase 3’
6 Preparation of P3 program for other projects and monitoring
completed post Graduation Degree in Construction Management' with 8.5 CGPA
