Responsibilities
• Leading AR accounts for our branch in Jeddah for more than 1000 clients.
• Leading our accounts team in Jeddah and follow up with them to do their job as
requested.
• Manage the credit facility for our clients.
• Create our clients in SAP system.
• Solving the issues with our clients and try to find solutions.
• Send weekly report regarding the payment status for the client to our CFO & CEO.
· Preparing weekly and daily reports to the Saudi & Bahrain account department regarding collection.
· Communicate with all vendors for all needed material and services. · Following up with pending payments from the clients.
· Solving customer problems.
· Handling company petty cash.
· Hold weekly standing meetings to follow up with clients, solve problems, and improve the overall work performanc
