Currently I am in a position responsible for the supply chain, according to my duties consist of analyzing the needs of different parts , placing orders through Renault Commerce Maroc and monitoring the status of these orders to ensure timely delivery. Upon receipt, I check the quality and quantity of the parts to ensure that they meet the necessary specifications. In addition, I process purchase orders in the company's ERP system and continuously manage stock levels to avoid restocking and overstocking.

In my role as procurement officer, I was tasked with overseeing the acquisition of goods and services to support the company’s operational needs. This involved identifying internal requirements, sourcing potential suppliers, and negotiating terms of purchase to secure the best possible deals. I was responsible for preparing and issuing purchase orders in line with the company’s procurement strategy and monitoring the progress of deliveries to ensure timely arrivals. Additionally, I handled disputes and managed supplier relationships, ensuring that invoices were accurate and discrepancies were resolved swiftly. This position required strong negotiation skills and attention to detail to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

As an assistant transit officer, I supported clients by analyzing their shipping needs and offering tailored services to meet their requirements. My responsibilities included preparing import commitments through the PORTNET system and entering tax data on the Tanger Med platform. I worked closely with customs brokers to ensure the smooth handling of shipments and followed up on every step of the process to ensure compliance with regulations. I also managed the invoicing process, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and contacting clients in case of outstanding payments. This role sharpened my organizational skills and enhanced my understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
