PROJECT : 815-C12, Construction of 396 Villas and Secondary Infra Work (JUBAIL KSA).
DESCRIPTION : Implementation and Co-Ordination of Quality Control.
5. DURATION :

Implementation and Co-Ordination of Quality Control.
 Implement proper Quality Plan, QC Procedure and Inspection Test Plan and coordinate with QA/QC Manager.
 Immediate action to prevent the occurrence of any Non-conformance.
 Review corrective actions recommended in Non-conformance Reports, initiate and verify corrective action to prevent occurrence of Non-conformity.
 Ensure site personnel follow the Quality Assurance System and assist in target of site personnel in QA/QC Systems.
 Responsible for independent testing laboratory activity.
 Ensure that all inspection and test are recorded on the proper format. Or checklist as indicated on the refer ITP and that all document is filed in a safe and secure manner.
 Review and prepare the documents for the QC activities and test packages updates all documents as per current status.
 Review the documents for the QC activities and test packages, update all packages with recent revised drawings.
 Preparing internal request for inspection (RFI).

Developing the Baseline and Project execution plan for Tank Cleaning Etc.
• Follow-up field construction work to ensure conformity with Project and Planning Requirement.
• Resolve construction related problem in coordination with senior/consultants/client.
• Material Approval Submittals and Site works/Inspection of all Material at site, Verification of
Work before start and during work shop inspection, material inspection to ensure compliance
with specified specifications.
• Estimation of different face of work. Preparing BOQ and verification of quantities. Site
mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.

PROJECT : SAUDI ARAMCO PROJECT (RAS TANURA KSA)
WORK DESCRIPTION:
• In-charge in the supervision of the projects as per specifications.
• Prepare list of materials, Equipment, Manpower requirements for the project.
• Monitor and supervise the project as per required project plan/specification from mobilization
to demobilization.
• Preparation of shop drawings, if there is a revision in the drawings.
• Retrofit packing removal/replacement from vessel shell. (Udailiyah). (GOSP Saudi Aramco).
• Oil Tank Cleaning and Oil Sludge Treatment work by TAIHO COW PROCESS Japan. (Al-Khafji
Joint Operations). HNE is the Middle East Sole Representative for TAIHO Industries, recovery and
sludge treatment. Using the advanced TAIHO Technology and TAIHO Equipment and processes
HNE provides the following specialist services.
a) Tank cleaning-on shore facilities, ships and barrages.
b) Sludge treatment.
c) Sludge analysis.
d) Oil recovery on an offshore.
e) Consultation and site survey.
• Re-furbishing of valve boxes at Najmah, Community Utilities Division. RasTanura Saudi Aramco.
• Construction of Parking Shed and Office Building at Saudi Iron Steel Company (HADEED).

Site supervision and implementation of the job as per drawing of the project.
• Fabrication and erection of piping supports as per drawing and installation of different types
and sizes of valves.
• Gasket verification, bolt tightening as per rating and dimension and visual checking after
tightening of bolts.
• Total supervision of cleaning the pipe of buffing or sandblasting, panting and warped coat and
holiday detection of the underground piping.
• Inspection of pipelines and making punch lists hydro testing inspection of all process and utility
lines.
• Planning, fabrication, erection and execution of major pipelines like that carbon steel, stainless
steel, for different sizes and schedule structural fabrication.
• Preparation of schedule for welding activity.
• Preparing and submitting daily welding report and necessary Documents of inspection.
• Monitoring the following activities before and during the job: -
 Visual inspection of the pipe and all fittings.
 Edge preparation.
 Fit up of pipe.
 Welding of the pipe.
 D.P.T.
 Pre heat post heat, stress reliving if required.
 Radiography.
• To collect material from store to work site for edge preparation grinding, cutting, welding and
fabrication of pipe. Fitting and erection of fabricated pipe. As per drawings.
• For underground piping: Patch welding during annual maintenance works, cutting, warping.
