Responsible for entire operations of the store from BOD TO EOD. Which includes store opening, receiving, merchandising, customer service, Visual merchandising, cash operations and inventory management, staff management store promotions. office information update to staff.
Manage total store level operations of Store size 22000 Sqft with 25 staff reporting. Work include staff hiring, Staff Motivating, training, evaluation and work schedules. Preparing Post Month Review of fast sellers and Poor performance items reports and forwarding the same at the end of Post season review.
