Supervise a team of 9 Pharmaceutical Inspectors through monthly and annual inspection plans(Management by Objectives).
Developed and enhanced the process of Pharmaceutical Inspection that results in more ensured Quality of Local Pharmaceutical manufacturing, Storage and Distribution Practice by an effective and efficient way leading to MOPH cost reduction and time consuming.
Inspecting and Auditing the GSDP compliance of 17 Agents and wholesalers, 3 Distributors and hundreds of Retailers.

Liaise with all Pharmaceutical Agents, Industries, Wholesalers, Hospital Pharmacies and Retailers in the Lebanese Mountain Governorate.
Liaise with other regulatory authorities such as Internal Forces and Judgeship.
Ensuring Pharmaceutical manufacturing Plants in the Lebanese Mountain Governorate are in compliance with relevant regulations as well as their License (Registration) commitments that result in promoting Pharmaceutics', patients' Employees' and Enviromental's Safety
Exceed the mark of 300 Audit Minutes and Reports
Receiving Dossiers of Originators, Generics and Bio-Pharmaceuticals(Proprietary and non Proprietary Medications).
Checking the Dossiers' requirements fulfillment for successful Submissions ( Common Technical Document and electronic Common Technical Document)
Accepting or Rejecting the Dossiers according to their requirements fulfillment ( aligning with ICH, EMEA and FDA Guidelines).
Submitting the accepted Dossiers to the Drug Registration Committee who in turn gives the MA and Registration number.
Liaising with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance managers of Pharmaceutical companies in Lebanon.
Exceed the mark of receiving and checking 210 Dossiers applied for MA, Registration, Renewal and Amendment
Supervised the activities of the MOPH Central and 5 Decentralized drug dispensing Centers.
Serving about 15000 Lebanese patients of Chronic and Cancer diseases.
Implementing Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Developed and Enhanced the Quality of dispensing process that result in decreasing the Cost Burdens to MOPH and patients as well.
Developed and Promoted the Quality of Pharmaceutical Storage and Distribution Practice as well as the Cold Chain process in the Central and Decentralized MOPH Dispensing centers that result in Promoting patient and Pharmaceutical Safety.
