Oversee the support operations of organization; ensure effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout business. Managing with good analytical skills running day-to-day operations in complex systems, speed of change in business to stay up to date on developments in the business and office environment.
Responsibilities such as:
Human Resources
Recruiting and training employees
Ensuring all HR function carryout in proper manner
Responsible for approving payroll
Reporting on employee performance
Organizational development
Responsible for preparing quarter-year reports for organizational metrics for all areas to identify the areas require improvement.
Periodical review and asses the quality audit results from quality management representative.
Office and facilities management - Clerical tasks, Writing contracts, Using database systems
Recruitment, Planning & Administration.

•Responsible for overall manpower recruitment Both Staff and Labor ( Planning and Controlling)
•Preparing manpower histogram complies with technical department for cost analysis, report variation.
•Developing job description for vacancies, checking those JDs in accordance with each job grade level.
•Maintaining good relationship with local and international manpower agencies. Verifying their contracts and monitoring accordingly.
•Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g. websites.
•Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy. Marketing the current and filled vacancies for new applicant data base.
•Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, preliminary screening & conducting various tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
•Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the concern.
•Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
•Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to department in respect of suitable applicants.
•Organizing interviews for candidates.
•Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
•Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements with candidates.
•Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
•Coordinate with legal department about hired new employees RP complete process.
•Advise the immigration department about new visa requirement and new issuance. Controlling visa usage professions and nationality.
•Complete monthly reports on new hires, transfers and terminations.
•Enters new hires into the Human Resource system database
Role purpose and Job responsibilities:
To give operational effectiveness to Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure that the Company has the necessary resources to realize its business plans in the short, medium and longer term and that staff are motivated and rewarded for their contribution and encouraged to maximize their potential and contribution to the Company. To ensure provision of efficient personnel administration and office services for the Company.
Key Accountabilities:
As a member of the management team contributes towards formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable achievement of Company overall business plans.
Leadership and motivation:
Directs and motivates members of own staff to carry out allocated duties in accordance with set policies and procedures and to expected standards so that the departmental objectives are achieved.
HR Policies & procedures:
Develops and implements personnel policies and procedures that are consistent with company HR strategy in order to facilitate effective people management.
Manpower plan:
Prepares and executes the manpower plan and budget for the company.
Formulates recruitment strategy and plans to achieve desired level and quality of manpower for all areas of the Company.
Recruitment:
Manages and participates in the recruitment process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate interview and assessment processes are deployed to maximize the fit between candidates and the Company requirements and that it secures the best talent available to meet Company needs.
