• Supervise day to day activities at the site.
• Prepare time schedule & monitor the progress.
• Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.
• Submit all appropriate documents and information to the competent authorities.
• Preparation and implementation of project plans optimize the use of materials

• Review and analysis all MEP drawing, schedules and Program of work etc.
• Liaising with client, authorities and consultant for approvals, inspections and handing over.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Submit all appropriate documents and information to the competent authorities.
• Design HVAC Systems
• Make load calculations to determine how much heating and cooling power.
• Calculation ventilation requirements based on the types of systems needed and smoke management system.

• Responsible for site supervision and ensuring that the work is carried out as per requirements.
• Monitoring project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Reporting to the managing director all site situations and concerns on daily bases.
Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers and architects on the team .Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis .Submit drawings to upper management and Engineers Syndicate.
