Role: Handled a gamut of project related activities encompassing;
- End to end project management from planning to site mapping to monitoring on-site activities & final execution of projects.
- Monitored projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
- Handled instrumentation operation for a wide range of control systems & instruments.
- Reviewed & prepared project documents instrument datasheet, junction box details, cable schedule, cable tray layout, instrument location layout, ITR/SS/CCR equipment layout, hook-up drawings, fire & gas layout, telecommunication layout, functional design specification, instrument index, i/o list, cause & effect table, functional logic diagram and loop diagram.
- Involved in preparation of method statements & manual for EPIC contracts to ensure compliance with Codes, Standards and Company requirements.

- Prepared BOQ for tray accessories, J.B. support, panel base frame, instrument stanchion, tubing, tube fitting, earthlings’ material and calibration /commissioning master instrument and consumable items.
- Actively involved in planning & performing brown field tie IN work; handled correspondence with client and sub-contractor for the smooth flow of operations.

Project: Low Pressure Production Header (Installation & commissioning); Installation of MPFM (Multi Phase Flow Meter) and PDHMS installation and commissioning.

Role: Looked after various activities including;
- Handled business development & project management activities; coordinated with clients for new project scope in particular for FEED and supervised structural fabrication.
- Involved in studying, reviewing scope of work & IFC (Issued for construction) drawing; verifying the MTO (Material take-off) list with IFC drawing.
- Responsible for managing the manpower & equipment chart according to the requirement of the project; prepared technical queries & proposal.
- Administered all kind of work (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrument) for different project; involved in preparing & verification of spools-sketch & details prior to fabrication.
- Verified required material’s quantity & specification prior to fabrication or installation; recorded calibration of the field instruments and testing equipment’s.
- Ensured design package meet the required quality, safety, health and Environmental standards.
- Directed Instrumentation construction activities; studied all kind of instrumentation drawings like P&ID, instrument loop drawings, hookup drawings, signal cable layout drawing and air piping.
- Conducted inspection of process line & instrument tapping point to confirm the location of instruments transmitter and impulse tubing.
- Resolved the route of instrument airline from header to control valve; pre-commissioning pneumatic & hydraulic testing of instrument airline, nitrogen line, impulse tubing & air flushing of instrument airline.
- Responsible for loop-checking of temperature, flow, level & pressure transmitters of Yokogawa & Rosemount; calibration & installation of temperature, flow, level & pressure transmitters, RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure & temperature Gauge.

- Involved in calibration, testing & overhauling of various process instruments, level switches, level controller, control valve, pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter and temperature transmitter.
- Handled instrumentation-SCADA & RTU’s operation;
- Looked after maintenance activities like troubleshooting, shutdown valve, blow down valves and repairing of instrumentation & instruments bench calibration.
- Oversaw maintenance of;
• Different type of transmitters, pneumatic transmitter, analysers and conductivity transmitters, I/P & E/P, Control valves, ON OFF valves, all type PSV, Vibration switches & Process switches
• Type of I/P converter (Foxboro, Masoneilan, Honeywell, Fisher, Rosemount, ABB) & standard calibration in instrument lab & complex
- Handled preventive maintenance, trouble shooting of turbine boiler instrumentation and loops; involved in configuration of Electronics PID (Honeywell, Foxboro and Yokogawa) controllers.
- Pressured leak test for impulse tubing, ESD system Fusible plug, Valves seat leak testing, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, compound gauges & temperature gauges; calibration for Hydro testing crew.
- Responsible for checking of Sensors, Limit switches, Solenoids, Proximity switches, Pneumatic Relays, Boosters, Trip valves & Transducers.
