As a General Manager responsible to setup the company operations in Dubai.

And launching all the company Restaurants(brands ) in the region For corporate
and Franchisee.

Coordinating With Mall operator, developer for site selection of new project,

Activities, plan and oversee the execution of project timely effectively.

coordinating with the Contractor, Local authorities and local suppliers, for all

Kind of purchase, P&L, Marketing, Recruitment's. dealing with Franchisee

For new project development in the region.

Responsible for overall operations and developments of the company in
Middle East

Responsible for over all F&B operations in Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for the provision of food service to

All constituent groups like spectators, athletes,
Technical officials, Asian family, media, DAGOC work force with in the venue.
Main responsibilities ( all carried out in an Environment of great media awareness)
Involved in Food service planning day to day operations of all food service outlets
For Spectators & work force . Additional responsibilities included logistic, team Building financial and weekly reports dealing with the Sponsors and coordinating The Catering contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : Responsible for over all Hotel operations, business development s, P&L, marketing, recruitments dealing with travel and tours company’s.
