the site activities, within the time and cost constraints
Identify training needs, inform the department head and coordinate third parties for
fulfilling the training requirements
Responsible for overseeing all site works and generating rolling program
Ensure the Request for Inspections are submitted properly by Section Engineer / Site
Engineer and approved by Client’s representative
Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for fulfilling the Quality System Requirements on site
Coordinate with Project Manager for approval of materials required for the project prior
to procurement by company for use at site
To be fully acquainted all company contracted project's documentations and to review the
project budget.
To monitor the site managers, follow their report, arrange meetings to give them tasks as
per project requirements. Discuses and instruct their general necessities and requirements.
To review execution plans for given project within given time and budget.
To deploy appropriate work force to manage and execute each site. To co-ordinate work
between projects and authorize transfer of personnel when needed.
Make a daily visit to sites, check the daily activities and progress reported by site managers, in
Quality, quantity. Discuss the difficulties to site manager and proposed staff and instruct as per
requirements.
To endorse materials submittals and equipment’s and to review projects at critical
milestones for back allocations if required.
To nominate and recommend subcontractors / suppliers and to sign agreements (within budget)
to be authorized by the General Manager. To monitor their work and discuss their progress
to PM and client satisfaction.
To attend meetings with the project consultant/client with a view to resolve project issues
for their satisfaction and to obtain their approval.
To liaise with other company's departments to ensure all project requirements are met.
To plan overall project's manpower requirements.
To approved project site work at shifts and overtime that are proposed by project manager
To ensure proper project management at work site is followed and safety culture is
promoted and implemented in compliance with the RADIC safety rules and regulations
