Responsibilities & Achievement
•Monitoring Material Flow (MM) from SADARA to DOW through Purchase Orders, Deliveries, Shipment Creation and Updates in a highly automated environment on SAP and EDI integration between SADARA (US$20 billion Chemical Manufacturing Unit), DOW and BDP (Freight Forwarding Service Provider) and timely update of status as per the agreed terms through EDI.
•Ensuring Standard Export Forms (Certificate of Origin, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, Export Invoice, Packing List) are generated timely and received/Sent in the intended medium (Remote Print, EDI)
•Coordinating SAP MM Flow and Supply Chain activities for the SADARA project.
•Support Planning in ATP, Quantity & Date of Delivery Exception. Order Fulfilment Data Analysis and Supply Chain Optimization Data Collection.
•Monitoring defects arising in the SAP material flow (PO-STO-DN), Coordinating with SME for defects and follow-up. Creating and maintaining Work Process Documentation.
•Applying Workaround if any Stuck in the Material Flow, Return Process etc.
•Testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams
• Suggest business and process / workflow improvements where appropriate
•Document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation

•Supervising Data Entry operation, monitoring the data integrity, Data Conversion, Image Maintenance and production of Electoral Identity Card.
•Reporting to the District Collector over the progress of Electoral Roll Preparation.
