• Reporting directly to the Head of the Middle East, managing a team across the supply chain and internal sales and customer service, focused on leading the execution of the business process to translate the annual sales plan into a sales budget used to drive supply chain activity.

• Successfully implemented lean management (Kaizen), pull system, just-in-time (JIT), ISO 9001:2008, and total quality management (TQM) through the full operational cycle.
• Ensured a minimum percentage of 95% stock availability rate to all International and local suppliers and achieved optimum inventory levels and days of supply (DOS) and decreased the logistics cost by 30%.
