Coordinating with Labor Administrator on Accommodation Allocation of Staff.
Providing the management with all the required information on time.
Maintaining a cordial relation with the whole department.
Seting up and maintaining office files and keeping correspondence and reporting available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
Handling confidential documents strictly observing necessary controls/access restrictions.
