I am working as instrument Engineer in ARAMCO Wasit Projects Utilities & Sulfur Handling Department.
* Follow up with contractor regarding all construction activities ( cable trays, cable pulling, glanding, termenation, installation etc..)
* Arrange weekly meeting with the contractor to resolve bending issues and planning ahead construction activities.
* Insure that all activities are implemented as per design.
* Review all contractor transmittals for comment and approval.
* Work as PMCC champion to close A, B items with contractor and client.
* Follow up with loop checking activities ( Folders, Pre-loop, Calibration, Final loop with client).
* Resolve any construction or design with contractor and client.
* Coordinates all instrument Pre-commissioning activities.
* Monitor all instrument construction activities on site (cable tray installation, cable pulling, panels & junction boxes installation, glanding and termination.
* Conduct meeting with construction team to highlight the ongoing activities, progress and planning.
* Follow up with Quality issues with inspectors to resolve and rectify.
* Verify and review all contractor documents and drawing (P&ID, ILD, and ISS).
* Interview new employees for approval.
• Preform Precommissioning electrical Test activities (LCS test, Integrity Test, Megger Test, Continuity Test, Solo run test for motors, HI pot test).
• Substation Energization for Switchgear & MCC.
• Lighting Panels Energization.
• MOVs Panels Energization.
• Plan & organize daily contractor construction activities at the site.
• Support ARAMCO proponent during the Pre-commissioning activities in verifying drawings and coordinating with the contractor.
• Visual inspection for Electrical Equipment (Installation, Tagging, Junction Box, Grounding, Wiring (as per Drawings).
• Monitoring and supervised of punch list rectification.
• Daily reporting for the field activities.
• Handle all Pre-commissioning document & Packages.
• PCS (DCS, VMS, ESD) Loop checking.
• Performing Sit Acceptance Test for DCS, VMS, ESD System With ARAMCO Proponent and verify all punch items are closed.
• Plan daily Loop check activities with the contractor and Proponent.
• Coordinate & control loop test activities with the contractor and commissioning team.
• Fire Alarm System Test (FDS Test).
• Visual inspection for Field instrument (Installation, Tagging, Junction Box, Grounding, Wiring (as per ILD, P&ID Drawings).
• Monitoring and supervised of punch list rectification.
• Logic Functionality Test.
• The main objective was to handle the Multi Wall Sack section from A to Z (manpower, Raw material, production, maintenance, Waste Control, speed, Quality of product)
• As Production Engineer, Machine monitoring and Check speed & stoppages & waste quality.
• Waste Control to analyze the main cause of the waste and make the necessary action to reduce it.
• Manpower control (Distribution & Shift Changing).
• 5S Monitoring and housekeeping (Check Sorting & Shining & Standardized & Sustain & Sort on order).
• Production control, Arranging RAW Material, Quality inspection, Paper work ( Vacation Arranging, Production Report, Summary progress Report, Machine Line up, KPI Report )
• The main objective of this project is to provide electrical power from Saudi Electrical Company MV switchgear to the company Transformers then distributes to all workshops as per design and standards.
• Work as Project Electrical Engineer, Checking Electrical drawing(MV & LV cable routing, Cable Tray installation, Panel Board, Switchgears, Bus-Bar installation, Lighting & welding Sockets drawing, Low Current System Fire alarm & Access Control).
• Worked in distributing manpower, Check the work if it’s as per design, prepare progress reports for electrical work in progress.
• Modify electrical drawings on AutoCAD to reflect Actual.
• Check the raw material (Cables, Panels, Breakers, lights, switches, etc…).
• Make sure that all testing done for cables, Panels, Breakers (Continuity test, insulation test, HIPOT test, Tripping test for breakers, lighting test, ground Test).
• The main objective in this project is to replace obsolete substations & equipment with new switchgear and MCC in new substations.
• Electrical Supervisor, Qurayyah Sea Water Plant project. Prepare all documents and drawings which called Project Document (Package Manual) for the client (ARAMCO), Check Actual Cable routing if it reflects the design, Panel Boards Drawing modify the circuit breakers to be suitable for the actual loads, Check Lighting Blackout System (lighting panels, lighting contactors, sensors),
• Follow up with Sub-contractors on electrical installation (cable tray, cable pulling, junction box, panel board, termination etc..) .
• Prepare progress report for all relevant work (civil work, cable pulling, Testing, panels & breakers installment, Termination both sides, Tagging) and push the work to finish as per planning & design.
