Site Engineer: at company AL Dhafra Irrigation System from 1\01\2020 up to Now:
A. I work with al Dhafra company in project 107. I have been responsible for Al Sadiyaat & Reem & Maryea & Shames and Al Samalyea Island Landscape and plant protection work The consultant overseeing us are Parson.
5) Quantity Surveyor: at company AL Dhafra Irrigation System from 1\7\2017 up to now:
A. I worked with al Dhafra company also in project C4. IN Al Ain city this from 1/7/2017 up to now I have been responsible for all project for Quantity estimating and Quantity surveying in Contract Al Manaseer C4.
B. I was responsible for Quantity surveying according to the approved scheme of the project and inventory the quantities of all items in the Bill Of Quantities (B.O.Q)
C. I was responsible for Proposed cost estimation for Proposed Rehabilitation of All Works Orders and compare them with what is in Schedule Of Rates (S.O.R)
I Worked as Site Engineer in Company at Al-Dhafra Irrigation Systems Company from 1/12/2014 To 30/6/2017 by doing the following :
(1) Monitor, supervise and manage all the related O&M activities which includes assets agriculture.
(2) Monitor and supervise all the related O&M activities which includes Irrigation working and Plant Protection and Control Methods Daily Schedule for PRFD / O&M / 120 R.
(3) Reporting to consultants.
(4) Preparation and submission of the estimated cost of the proposed. Landscaping and irrigation work and the supply and removal Irrigation Networks and agricultural assets and the work of scheduling at the Proposed Prices .
(5) Follow up the maintenance of agricultural equipment and the transfer Of agricultural waste from the site to the places of disbursement and Communicate with the workers' workers on site and Technical Staff and Work Together One Team .
Skills:
Manage and attend occupiers’ complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure best service quality possible.
Supervise plantation and pest control activities of landscaping to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Supervise reactive maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
Evaluate the quality of performed maintenance activities, document and track the KPI’s
Highlight additional requirements for improving communities and operational costs such as adding plantation, replacing plantation and removing plantation.
Highlight value engineering ideas for saving the operational and utility costs.
Coordinate with other departments for any issues related to infrastructure maintenance and operation.
Issue violation notices once inspection show major infractions, and recommending corrections.
Provide information and respond to inquiries from service providers, contractors, and authorities regarding the maintenance activities.
Assist in coordination with authorities for related activities of service providers.
Carry out Site-survey and visual inspection to assess the condition of all assets. irrigation work and the supply and removal Irrigation Networks and agricultural assets and Preparation and submission of the estimated cost of the proposed Landscaping and the work of scheduling at the Proposed Prices.
Follow up the maintenance of agricultural equipment and the transfer Of agricultural waste from the site to the places of disbursement and Communicate with the workers' workers on site and Technical Staff and Work Together One Team
(1) Attend meetings with the Municipality of Abu Dhabi and the consultant representatives of contractor when project manager is absent.
(2) Exit for inspection tours Evaluation of maintenance work in the project Representations of the contractor.
(4) Monitor, supervise and manage all the related O&M activities which Includes: Follow-up of civil works - works Electro mechanic - communicate with
The Abu Dhabi Municipality Advisory Office - Have good command on writing/preparation of different kind of reports/proposals/presentations in meeting, and etc.).
Management and coordination of statistical data work in the technology department
Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
