Work Summary:

A self-motivated engineer used to work individually or as part of team. Experience has been gained in refinery, oil, gas and petrochemical plants. Around three years experience in construction and designing activities related to piping systems and static equipments. Working with multi-national and multi-disciplined teams of engineers, designers, inspectors, field superintendents & filed supervisors to maintain high quality based on standard requirements and specifications.


Projects \ Assignments Achieved:

1- Ju’aymas Gas Plant: Repairing tubes of 136 Fin Fan Air Coolers. (4 months)

- Mechanical & Piping Supervisor for dismantle and installation of fans, plenums, manifolds, motors & bundles.
- Mechanical Supervisor for maintenance and repairing works on tube bundles in workshops.
- Mechanical Inspector for tube bundles hydro-testing.
- Responsible of preparing daily reports for “Bundles Status”.



2- Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion: On-Stream Inspection for 9 units. (8 months)

- Assigning Piping Corrosion Circuits according to sub-systems.
- Preparing required P&IDs for each subsystem.
- Preparing and drawing the Inspection Isometric Drawings.
- Assigning minimum required TMLs (Thickness Measurements Locations) on equipments and on accessible piping and fittings - in the site.
- Supervisor for taking piping and equipments thickness measurements by ultrasonic and/or NDT.
- Preparing Measurements Data Sheets & Evaluation Reports.

3- Training in Madrid: (3 months)

- Preparing piping plans, P&IDs and isometrics drawings.
- Doing stress analysis for critical lines.
- Preparing material specifications, valve data sheets, pumps and exchangers data sheets.
- Resolving piping technical queries from the site.
- Updating and modifying the 3D simulation plant.

4- SATORP: (Saudi Aramco & Total Refinery Project in Jubail II )
Naphtha Hydro-Treater Units (from 15-May-2011 up to now)

- Equipments Supervisor:
• Supervising erection, alignment, and installation of internal thermocouples and other internal material of static vessels, columns, heat exchangers, reactors and air coolers.

- Mechanical Supervisor:
• Supervising manufacturing of static equipments by vendors companies located in Jubail & Dammam.
• Responsible of preparing weekly report for “equipment Status”

- Piping Supervisor:
• Supervision proper installation of pipes, fittings and pipe supports according to isometrics, P&IDs and 3D simulation programs.
• Inspecting site activates and instructing sub-contractor’s supervisors to follow standard requirements and specifications.
• Responsible of preparing daily report for “AG Piping Progress Report”, which contains material availability, spools erection, joints welds, lineal meters erected and total weight erected.
• Isometrics & P&IDs revision works.
• Responsible of preparing “Piping Action List Report”, which shows construction queries and problems and solve it as per standard requirements.
• Test packages control and approval.
• Supervising sub-contractor to complete piping activates for test packages according to sub-system priority.
• Preparing punch list for each test package.
• Responsible for releasing packages for test.
• Supervising the reinstatement activities.
• Conducting joint walk-through with client’s operators and maintenance for preparing pre-commissioning punch list to ensure the proper reinstatement.
