I discovered my passion for Monitoring and Evaluation work and learned so much to fulfill my role perfectly and did a good work designing databases, surveys, etc.… RHAS develops and implements public health and safety awareness programs in partnership with the public and private sectors as well as civil society organizations. My main tasks included:
• Developing templates for collecting data from the field, either on MS office tools or utilizing dedicated software or platforms.
• Preparing sample and data collocation plans.
• Contract and train data collectors and data entry contractors and follow up on their work.
• Collect the relevant data as indicated by Project M&E plans.
• Ensuring data quality through conducting spot checks, reviewing response times, review responses validity, etc.
• Data verification, cleaning and excluding corrupted data.
• Using data analysis software and tools for analyzing raw data.
• Performing further analysis, identifying trends and providing insights on the meaning of the data, on the overall level and the segregated level.
• Preparing reports based on analysis, both narrative, numeric and using graphics.
• Establishing and designing survey questions.
• Establishing and designing FGDs guides and questions.
• Act as M&E focal point for some projects, and follow up on projects’ progress with project managers and reflect any updates on the M&E activities plan as well as work in very close collaboration with Programme teams.
• Establish and analysis any data required from the department/OPD Director (whether related to M&E or the OD work).
• Field visits related to the M&E activates.
The Healthy Kitchen Program was launched in 2015 in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health (MoH) and the World Food Program (WFP) and aims to provide healthy and nutritious food alternatives (meals) to school students, through linking schools to productive kitchens within Community Based Organizations (CBOs), who in turn provide these healthy meals to surrounding schools.
My main tasks included:
• Field visits related to the project and follow up regularly with all the project locations to ensure the workflow.
• Implementing the project activities within the tasks assigned to me from the management.
• Train administrative staff in these areas that belongs to the project such as (clinics, education committee in the schools, health kitchens).
• Helping in training ministerial teams and technical committees related to the project.
• Creating regular reports regarding the workflow, problems, performance and any others reports required from the management.
• Data collections and analyses.
• Organizing activities and events and helping in marketing campaigns and advertising material in coordination with the marketing and public relation department.
• Direct contact with management.
• Cooperating with the main officers to set up the plans and projects program.
• Dealing with the executive contractors for the Society projects.
Under the supervisor of the team leader, the distribution officer will identify and register the refugees before entering to the process, and distribute food, vouchers, E-cards to beneficiaries.

Social Consultant/Trainer (Team leader) at International Youth Foundation. Ensure NUR project and system assignments Implemented by IYF organization and ministry of planning and international cooperation supported by the World Bank.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and distribute the work between the social worker team.
• Set up a monthly action plan.
• Monitor and evaluate the work and employees performance.
• Study and assess the families’ conditions who have cases and send them to the particular organization to find solution for their problems.
• Liaison officer of the project in Azraq.
• Follow up with the data which have been collected by the researchers on the systems.
