• Develop IT business plan and annual IT budget and follow up its execution.

• Conduct in-house Technical Training on Programming essentials and database administration for IT Staff.
• Conduct continuous workshops and training courses for Admin, Parents, Teachers and Students on Microsoft office and new software installed,
• Supervise the administration of the existing infra structure distributed among 2 campuses which includes :
•6 Servers & 300 Workstations
•Win2000 &Win2003 standard Server
