Job Description:
• Site supervision for various site activities.
• Setting out project works in accordance with drawings, method of statement, and specifications.
• Coordination with consultant regarding executed works and inspection, and coordination with QA/QC and technical department.
• Develop projects design and ensure all the drawings are constructible.
• Review and tracking works and planning schedules.
• Supervising site laborers and sub-contractors works.
• Managing and monitoring material resources on sites.
• Ensuring all assigned works are completed on time.
• Monitoring works carried out by sub-contractors.
• Prepare & update site daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Handle multiple simultaneous project issues.
Precast coordinator engineer responsible for all follow ups for precast types (façade, floating slabs and staircases) including production, delivery and erection/installation.
Point of contact/ incharge for all correspondences between main contractor and sub-contractor.
Coordinate between precast field and other related trades (Architectural, Structural, finishing &other construction trades)
Solve discrepancies related to precast panels and construction drawings, providing assistance on all engineering matters such as specification clarification and changes.
Attendance as required at site progress and technical meetings to resolve technical issues.
Attendance coordination meeting between main contractor and subcontractor to discuss any relevant issues.
Prepare and distribute regular Daily Site Reports & Weekly Report to project management includes (project manager, construction manager, director and client) to check the progress.
Preparation 3 Months look ahead schedule.
Conducts post project reviews and initiates corrective actions to accomplish project millstone.
Take accurate and complete meeting minutes and distribute timely.
Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
Coordinator engineer for all works related for Post Tension Slab works.
Responsible for site arrangement, coordinate all required work related to Backfilling and Slab on Grade including materials, labors and equipment.
Manage the subcontractors and monitoring their progress for technical issues, delivery of material on time.
Field Inspection and supervising all the technical activities carried out by sub-contractor at site.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between appropriate disciplines within the project to facilitate all engineering works is carried out professionally.
Prepare material submittals based on project specifications and getting it approved by the Consultant/Client.
Field Inspection and supervising erection of pre-engineered steel buildings.
Ordering machinery and materials.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Take accurate and complete meeting minutes and distribute timely.
Proactively direct project to achieve safety and ensure NO hazards are occurred.
Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
Prepare & distribute Project Daily Site Reports, Weekly and/ 2 Week look ahead schedule.
Prepares and reviews RFQ’s and RFI’s for professional engineering.
Responsible` for site arrangement, coordinate all project requirements, materials, labors and equipment.
Daily Supervision and monitoring of the implementation work scope, and site labor force.
Review/submit Material Submittals/Shop Drawings schedules.
Assists in carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job site related to the general construction.
