Recruitment strategies: • Search and Source resumes through Job portals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for short listed candidates
• Follow up on Candidates and Clients right from offers made until joining date.
• Raise Invoices to clients for appointed candidates.
• Create & maintain database effectively for future references.

HR Coordination: • This includes scanning of resumes calling the candidates and conducting telephonic interview and schedule personal interview with the departmental Heads and HR Manager.
• Making follow up's candidates for different Skills for interview scheduling.
• Mock interviews for support to check the communication and technical skill set.
• HR coordination and event handling for interviews as per when conducted at various places.
