• Fully accountable & Responsible of P&L & Monthly revenue of the organization.
• Managing existing accounts serving them in such a way to maximize revenue and mitigate risk/ Escalation.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all manpower requirements comply with the JDs.
• Seamless communication with PRO/ HR & Onboarding team to get the onboarding/Visa formality done on given TAT.
• Daily sales meetings, new client acquisition, face to face meeting, Virtual Meeting (MS Team/Zoom) & Barge in.
• Currently handling large corporations, Government, Sami-Government organization, Big Pvt companies & MNCs.
• RFQ/ RFP bidding for all large corporations by internal commercial & Technical analysis.
• Handling a team of 6 Sales Executive and 3 Recruitment consultant.
• Collaborate with sales team/Delivery team & Recruitment team to identify challenges in terms of deployment.
• Vendor Management for all Local offshore screening/Interviews in sync with client’s requirement & expectations.

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends,
• customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and products.
• Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
• Maintain awareness of sales and other development amongst competitors and pass any relevant information.

• Handling DSA’S/Franchisee Development/Focused Direct Sales through corporate clients & Reference Group. Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships.
• Recruitment of Potential Financial Advisors, motivating, training and business done by them.
• To ensure that all the Sales Team members reach their desired productivity level.
• Time to time designing and execution of Special financing schemes to suite client and market requirements.
• Give Updates of Market position and a comparative analysis of the entire financial instrument available.
• Managing a portfolio of 100 clients and their investments churning, redirecting and switching them among the funds in order to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
• Client’s Financial planning for tax saving, security & wealth management as per their financial goal and Human Life Value.
• Give Updates of Market position to clients and manage their portfolio efficiently at risk return scale.
