Identify and assess opportunities to drive differentiated, compelling, profitable offerings
Document business opportunities using experience, industry knowledge and prior success factors
Develop detailed financial analysis, business case and scenario modeling against current state and/or in support of the recommended strategy and alternatives
Present concepts, recommendations, and strategy updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Advise and consult with cross-functional and cross-business unit stakeholders in support of development initiatives that span the end-to-end value chain
Hold full Product & Service accountability, from concept through to launch; lead and champion initiatives across stakeholder groups, provide implementation support to cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of marketing, communications & training in support of the prioritized programs
Own end-to-end business accountability, including the entire value chain and associated revenues/costs; continually monitor the value chain and activate remedial & enhancement activities in a pro-active manner
Achieve product revenue, profitability and customer success targets for Products & Services under management; regularly review and improve the performance metrics of relevant products
Manages the full product lifecycle, adapting for different geographies or customer segments as appropriate
Support the brand strategy for the products under management consistent within the overall UC&C portfolios, and the TELUS brand strategies
Drive continuous product and process improvement and enhancements to ensure superior competitiveness, strong Customer First experience and high L2R through consistent deep engagement with all stakeholders
Provides in-depth knowledge of the competition for the products as well as managing relationships with key technology partners, vendors and suppliers

Responsibilities: -
Key account management of (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Manpower, Diwan, Omantel, Muscat Electricity Distribution, Oman drydock, Bank Muscat, OTE & Omanoil)
Work as Education Technology Consultant, Engage Top Executives, Decision Makers and discuss with them possible solutions, and execute the projects.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Conduct various PR activities & Marketing Campaigns with key decision people to generate more business opportunities by suggesting right solutions as per their needs.
Engage with the customers as their Strategic partner in order to help them achieve their goals by aligning our products and solutions offerings.
Provide necessary guidance to the sales force in order to achieve better results and help them in sales closings by making customer visits.
Closely work with Major Contractors and Consultants to keep an eye on current and upcoming projects.
Prepare annual sales budget forecast, and necessary action plans to achieve assigned targets.
Engage customers with conducting seminars, workshops, road shows to increase our presence in the Market.
Maintain and upgrade professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Conduct Customer presentations, demos & POCs for different projects to ensure customer satisfaction and trust is with us.
Prepare periodic business analytical reports for the top management to review and strategize future action plans.
