1. Experience in new hiring of multinationals for various B/Units.
2. Process of new visa applications, renewals and cancellations.
3. Responsible to maintain / update staff personal records.
4. Process staffs’ annual leave and annual benefits.
5. Take appropriate action on incident reports.
6. To ensure that company policies are being implemented properly.
7. Take steps to resolve the staff grievances in accordance with company policy.
8. Dealing with & resolving employee queries.
9. Liaison between HR department and Business Units’ staff.
10. To visit to company accommodations and ensure the smooth functioning in accordance with UAE Labour standards.
11. Custodian of staff passports, keeping track of expiry / renewal.
12. Responsible to arrange the formalities for foreign tours of company Directors.
1. Preparation of Accounts, calculation of employees’ wages / salaries and OT
2. Liable to disburse company Cash and maintaining Cash Book.
3. Handling the company expenses within the allocated budget.
4. Maintain the smooth payments cycle to creditors.
5. Preparation of Full & Final settlements of employees
