 Preparation and computerized data entry of vouchers
 Preparation bank reconciliation
 Monitoring Imports
 Control the accounts receivables & payables
 Preparation and distribution of payrolls
 Maintain store & stocks with minimum and maximum levels as per company policies
 Computation of monthly production cost per product and per sections
 Preparation and submission of income tax & sales tax monthly and annually returns
 Preparation of financial reports includes trial balance, income & expense statements
 Assistance of smooth execution of External Audit (conducted by (Masud Rouf & Co)

• Auditing of day book, cash book, & bank book
• Making sales tax, income tax returns
