- Overseeing and manage the procurement and logistics operations, ensuring the timely
delivery of raw materials and supplies to support continuous production cycle.

- Coordinating and monitoring logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule.

- Preparing and issue RFQ documents in alignment with the Project Procurement Plan, evaluate
technical and commercial bids, and negotiate terms with vendors.

- Monitor supplier progress, expedite deliveries, and maintain communication with project
managers and commercial managers to ensure project timelines are met.
